1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "earnpho" / "we" / "us" / "the Platform" refers to the earnpho online casino and sports betting website operated at https://earnpho.net, including all related services, features, and sub-pages.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the earnpho platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the earnpho platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's earnpho Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback awards, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing lawful gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the earnpho website, creating an Account, or using any of the Services provided by earnpho, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or rules published on the earnpho platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the earnpho platform and close your Account if one has already been created.

These Terms apply to all devices and channels through which the earnpho platform is accessible, including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any official earnpho application.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on earnpho, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing the minimum age for online gambling participation in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gambling services is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by earnpho or by any gaming regulatory authority including PAGCOR.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the earnpho Services.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent, or close family member of an earnpho employee or business partner who has access to non-public information that could confer an unfair advantage in gaming.
• You must not be a person whose Account has previously been closed or suspended by earnpho for any reason, unless earnpho has explicitly reinstated your eligibility in writing.

earnpho reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any time. Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and pending winnings subject to applicable law.

4. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the earnpho platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise additional Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts.

4.1 Registration Information

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly notify earnpho of any changes to your registered information.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. earnpho will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify earnpho immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

earnpho operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

5. Deposits & Payments

earnpho accepts deposits via approved Philippine payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your earnpho Account Balance promptly upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. earnpho is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• earnpho does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on the earnpho platform and may not be transferred to other users.
• earnpho reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• earnpho aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform, which may vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally processed fastest.
• earnpho reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if there is any reasonable basis for suspecting fraud or a breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• earnpho reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraudulent activity, collusion, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

earnpho offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

earnpho strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, exploiting technical errors or loopholes, using low-risk betting strategies solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to gain an unfair advantage from promotional offers. earnpho reserves the right to withhold or recover any bonus or associated winnings where abuse is detected and to close the offending Account.

7.3 Variation and Withdrawal of Promotions

earnpho reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Ongoing promotions may be subject to change where required for regulatory compliance or operational reasons.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the earnpho platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. earnpho does not manipulate game outcomes and the results of all games are determined solely by the relevant RNG or live dealer procedures.

• Each game available on the earnpho platform is governed by its own set of game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result on your device and the result recorded on earnpho's server, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. earnpho will not be liable for any loss arising from a game malfunction, system error, or service interruption.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the earnpho platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit the platform or other players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with earnpho's platform, systems, or software.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward earnpho staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting technical bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the earnpho platform, including but not limited to the earnpho name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of earnpho or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the earnpho platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. No other rights are granted. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of earnpho's intellectual property without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

11. Responsible Gaming

earnpho is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. We recognise that while the majority of players enjoy earnpho's services as a form of entertainment, gambling can become harmful for some individuals.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, earnpho's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

earnpho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the earnpho platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits attributable to game malfunctions, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services for any reason including maintenance, technical upgrades, or regulatory requirements.
• Losses incurred as a result of your reliance on information published on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit earnpho's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

earnpho collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the earnpho platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments to These Terms

earnpho reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, earnpho will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform.

Amendments take effect on the date specified in the updated Terms. Your continued use of the earnpho platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure.

15. Termination of Account

earnpho reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where earnpho has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited conduct.
• Become ineligible to use the platform for any reason.

Upon Account closure for cause, earnpho reserves the right to forfeit Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds where a breach of these Terms has been established. Real-money Balance will be returned to the Player in accordance with applicable law and subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting earnpho's support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the earnpho platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting earnpho's support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Where earnpho is subject to PAGCOR regulatory oversight, applicable disputes may also be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints and dispute resolution procedures.
